This Door Supervisor refresher course, is designed to update learners on the key skills and knowledge needed to maintain their SIA licence.

It covers essential topics such as conflict management, physical intervention, terrorism awareness, and effective communication.

The course reinforces professional standards, personal safety, and the importance of upholding legal and ethical responsibilities.

Learners will refresh their understanding of current legislation and best practice within the private security industry.

Unit 1: Principles of Working as a Door Supervisor in the
Private Security Industry (Refresher)

Unit 2: Application of Physical Intervention Skills in the Private
Security Industry (Refresher)

*A valid First Aid certificate at a minimum level of Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3 is required to enroll on this course.

The certificate must have at least 12 months remaining before it's expiry date from the start date of the Door Supervisor Refresher course.

Proof of this qualification will be required prior to admission.
